Morgane holds a Master’s degree in law from the University of Geneva and a Bachelor’s degree in art history and archaeology from the University Panthéon-Sorbonne. She has worked in NGOs active in the defence of human rights.
Currently a researcher at the University Center for Art Law (University of Geneva), she is preparing a doctorate on the issue of reparations following damage to cultural heritage in times of armed conflict. She aims to highlight the importance of integrating heritage and cultural rights in post-conflict situations, particularly in transitional justice mechanisms, in order to strengthen the mechanisms available to actors involved in peace processes.
